Return / Exchange Policy

At Floral Braid, every product is handcrafted with love and care to make your special moments even more beautiful.
However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent Return and Exchange Policy.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  2. You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  3. The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items (made on order) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Slight color or design variations due to photography or handcrafting are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at floralbraid@gmail.com, with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the item received.
  2. Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for pickup or shipping.
  4. After we receive the returned product, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 7–10 working days.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  2. If you choose a replacement, it will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  3. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Used or opened hair accessories
  2. Customized or made-to-order bridal sets
  3. Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an eligible product for a different style or design:

  1. Submit your request via floralbraid@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Once approved, send the original item back in its original condition.
  3. We’ll ship the replacement product once the return is verified.
